What is LightCode?
LightCode is baesd on Optical camera communication, which exploits low-cost and efficient LEDs and offers dual function of data communication and lighting simultaneously. Given that lighting is one of the essentials of consumer applications, optical camera communication enables interactions between viewers and displays through imperceptible optical markers.

LightCode benefits exhibits from three perspectives: a) the lights shed on the displays coincide with viewers’ line of sight; b) the LED keeps its original function as it can be modulated to a higher flashing frequency than human eye sensitivity; c) lighting is one of the essentials of exhibits, and thus takes no extra space.

Promotions and Advertisements are embedded in the lighting fixtures to provide customers additional information.

OCC embedded in existing lighting design can provide visitors the opportunities to interact with exhibits
-Retail store point-collection service
When the customer purchases products in-store and checking out at the cashier, the system will automatically accumulate the points and show to the customer when using the mobile phone to scan the VLC to the point-collecting plate
-World Game Challenge Service
When the user participates in the challenge service, the system will record the challenge data when scanning the VLC record plate using the mobile phone during the game, the player then goes to the service counter to scan the mobile phone using the light code verification box and collects the reward
